I was the middle child out of five who could do anything my mind was set to do. My parents would say “Beth, is our I CAN DO GIRL” I started as en entrepreneur in middle school selling my daily candy. In my mind I thought there was a demand for this service. No one could go off campus to the store during our school day. My thought was I never wanted to work for dollars. I always wanted dollars to work for me. I never wanted to make a decision based on what I could afford I always wanted to make a decision on what I wanted.
I finished school and moved in with my high school sweet heart and then had a baby girl kind of of young. I had some friends whose boy friends got locked up in jail. Of course, they called me for help. Not that I knew so much I just had the strong personality of figuring things out with out being intimidated. While we were there I was taking mental notes on the procedure. I did ask the guy how hard was it to become a bail bonds person “ He said it very hard “ I said who governs this industry? He answered “ DOI”. I decided to follow through with calling and getting the info sent to me. I had a Great Aunt who passed and she told me I would be getting something use it wisely. I decided to use this for my bail-bonding career. I thought if I never take the risk I will never know the outcome. I became a bail bonds woman within the year. I worked this job for 13 years and was successful. I always tell my children “Never be scared to Fail” if you do pick your self back up and use it as a tool in your toolbox for future endeavors.
I decided to stop when my children were getting in there teenage years. I wanted to be able to attend their event along with all my sons games with no interference. I was very busy keeping my yard perfect and my house very nice from painting, plumbing, building a playhouse on stilts 12x12, changing carpet to making very nice scrapbooks and wreathes. I always could think of a project. My nickname was “project girl” this gave me happy endorphins.
I really enjoyed my family, as I was always the one they called for information. I did play the role of the middle child; according to the birth order book I was the glue that kept the balance together. Me, working at my restaurants with my employees was not a job, especially since I did not see this as work. I loved to make subs and keep my store very clean all day long. My employees would ask if I got tired of making subs. I would always tell them NO! I love it gives me a natural high.
Around the end of 2006 I noticed that my attention and desire was changing from being all that I could be, to I do not care. I was feeling like I was going crazy in my body. I was getting very sensitive and just feeling angry and annoyed. I was starting to get snappy and could not remember. I was not being able to remember numbers and this had always been my specialty. I would even miss my turns on the road. My daughter would say Mom what’s going on with you. This went on for a couple of years getting aggressively worse. I got to the point where I could not even go to my store it just made me feel anxiety. I was starting to experience all these pregnant symptoms and would swell more while I was in the store; even my employees were getting a little concerned with how I was acting. The big day came when I literally felt my brain shutting down and my balance and all cognitive was not there. I am so amazed how I survived this nasty nightmare. I pray that my story will help millions around the world from getting as bad as I did by bringing awareness to be preventive.

God's Provision and Miracles

After reading a little about this book last evening, I bought it from amazon last night and began reading it. I couldn't stop as it got later and later. Finally, I made myself stop and went to sleep. Woke up while it was still dark and just now finished reading it. God bless Beth, her wonderful family, and friends.
I can certainly relate to her story as after an early vaccination, my first child regressed into autism/brain injury.
With no medical suggestions for help, I began with Bonnie Pruden's baby exercise book which did help to get her able to sit up. Our next-door neighbor Wendy told me she'd read an article somewhere about moving a child's arms and legs like they were crawling. She didn't remember where. So we put her on her back and did that for a few months until she stiffened her legs so that even my husband couldn't move them, so we stopped, but by then (14 months) she had started to creep at 14 months (in those days that was very late). When she was 4 1/2 we began patterning with the Institutes for the Achievement of Human Potential protocol, and that was a miracle!
These are the people (Glenn Doman) who have gotten so many people well from brain injury/damage. They are wonderful. So Beth, if You read this, I'm suggesting them. They're in Philadelphia. It's www.IAHP.org. They are amazing and now they even make the materials for brain growth and stimulation we had to make 40 years ago! You can be 100% again.

A book that brought validation to an illness that is not recognized

I’m not sure where to begin…my brain is foggy, me ears are ringing (tinnitus), I live daily with dizziness (off balance feeling), i have fullness in the ears, blurry vision and still episodes of occasional numbness in my face and extremities along with joint pain/stiffness…anxiety and depression have now become a part of my life…a secondary symptom to my rapidly declining health…these are my remaining symptoms after a year from moving out of a rental that stripped me of my health. I too had powerlines right in my backyard and it was not until after seeing multiple providers for 2 yrs without answers a naturopathic dr reccomended I have my home tested for EMF’s. I purchased a meter and was shocked to see a reading of 45-55 milligauss!!! I had to have mercury removed as my teeth ached from the mercury, nights of insomnia, stick/painful neck, migraines…to one point being so incapacitated I could not drive. My body burned from the inside out, my body was in a state of complete chaos. I am better, much better than a year ago but my life is still very much a struggle. I have to think about how I am going to get through each day now, my job I’ve done for many years is a challenge…life’s a challenge and as others stated it’s easy to feel alone, in the dark as many in society to include medical providers do not understand or lack education of environmental illness. I never feel a sense of validation and it’s heart wrenching.
I read Beth’s book and it brought me to tears as I could relate to the pain she felt, feeling torn about leaving her family behind in the house to stay somewhere else…I too went through this. A home that is no longer considered safe. Two of my three children had some symptoms and so I now worry for their health too. I am now hypersensitive to florescent lights and smells. It’s a very lonely and scary place to be. Beth’s story helped to being validation to me and my experience. Beth gives me hope that it is possible to get better in an environment that we are surrounded by EMF’s. I commend her for her story and willingness to reach out and help others going through this…to feel supported and understood gives me hope that just one day I will heal and have the life back that I once knew.

Beth tells her story which is a very real, scary one. Especially when dealing with the power companies and FCC regulations. Where most countries are in the one to two digit numbers for Public Exposure to RF/MW radiation, the U.S. is in the three digit.....

What Beth was put through was brutal not only for herself, but for her family also. My husband and I are going through this same
process and it's very difficult to tell family, friends and neighbors what is ailing you. Even for myself it took awhile for this to really sink in. It still throws me off, especially when one has to venture out of a home where you're dismantling electronics and trying to find a safe place. I knew there was a problem when I sat at my computer and felt pain, more pain than I ever felt due to my Fibromyalgia. And then I got the "brain fog", nausea, and vomiting. A must read for our times, especially since the numbers of people affected by EMF's will surely increase. I couldn't put the book down, I have notes all over the pages in the hope I didn't miss out on information. Beth does explain near the end the how and why's of her thinking so you can relax and just read it! I will be rereading it.
